Cancellation Policies

Your reservation is vital to us. Toensure optimal service and availability for all our valued clients, we requestyour adherence to the following cancellation policies:

• Daycare Day: changes orcancellations must be requested 24 hours in advance to avoid the fullcharge.

‍

• Overnight: a 48-hour notice isrequired for cancellation to avoid a charge of half the total stay. Forovernight stays longer than a week a 7 days cancellation notice is required;otherwise, half of the total stay will be charged.

‍

• Spa: changes or cancellations mustbe requested 24 hours in advance to avoid the charge of a cancellation feeof 75 CHF. For Monday bookings all changes or cancellations must be requestedby Friday 18:00 to avoid the cancellation fee.
